Ricky Patel founded and established ITS4THEKIDS Foundation to help with children's causes. Three primary areas of focus include the Gracious Hands Orphanage in Haiti, the Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami and the Pitch Perfect Program available worldwide for anyone to pitch an idea to help children in need and have their project funded. Our mission is to provide a better quality of life to all children through hands-on assistance. This is accomplished through developing and funding new innovative programs and creating easier access to resources to create a community culture of giving back. We strongly believe this will provide children the opportunity to become healthy and fulfilled adults who could then help others in the community and around the world.

100% of every dollar is donated to the organization is contributed directly to a cause or program, with no funds held back for any expenses or administration costs, as any such costs are rather taken on directly by the founder Ricky Patel, so that there is full transparency that every dollar contributed is going to children in need. On the last Tuesday of every month, ITS4THEKIDS is offering an opportunity for a participant to pitch their idea to help children in need, and ITS4THEKIDS will provide the funding to a new project every single month. We are visiting Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami to make winter themed slime with 50 of the kids there!
In a partnership with Forestdale Foster Home in New York, this holiday season we are wrapping toys for 800 foster children and coordinating a magical 2-day Winter Wonderland event for the children and their families.
As part of our Bridge the Gap initiative, we've coordinated a supplies & toy drop-off between police officers and their communities.
To date, we've sent 320,000 meals to orphanges in Haiti and Honduras. That's almost a third of the way to our Million Meal Promise!
We plan to visit an orphange in Honduras in the first quarter of 2023!
What does it mean to be beautiful? The Beautiful Caterpillar is a thoughtfully written children’s story that examines the reality of “stranger danger” and bullying, through characters that children will love and relate to. Told in the words of a young boy and caterpillar, this story will teach children the significance of listening to their own intuition, the power of saying “no”, and the importance of celebrating their own beauty and confidence. Safety tips are provided for children and adults at the end of the book to serve as a guide for sometimes difficult, but necessary discussions. We are excited to provide all the proceeds of the book sales to SPARK HER CHANGE. This amazing organization works diligently to help victims of sex trafficking. They will use the funds from the book sales to continue their mission.
At the end of the book, the reader will find two sections created for adults and children. The lessons are broke down into five tips for children to avoid predatory behavior and five tips to guide parents on the matter. Please click the link below to learn more about the subject.
Our team wanted to find fun and effective ways to give back without merely writing a check to the cause. We have found many ways to collaborate with individuals and their companies to give back using out of the box ideas. We have worked with artist, shop owners, hotels, bar & restaurants, barber shops, and many more. Our goal is to make giving back as fun and effortless as possible.
